Supermicro is seeking an experienced product manager in IoT/Embedded, familiar with EMEA market development. The role focuses on establishing and growing key accounts within EMEA and collaborating with the sales team to increase revenue. The position is based at the EMEA headquarters in the Netherlands.

The candidate will lead market analysis, define product requirements, and work with engineering to align solutions with customer needs, while building a strong ecosystem and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of product management/promotion ability and the skills to influence customer.
• Proven ability to develop business and engage customers directly.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to collaborate, influence and develop complex relationships.

Responsabilités

• Analyze market and business trends, develop tactics and programs to grow market share through strategically positioned solutions.
• Identify, prioritize and address requirements of enterprise customers for existing and emerging use cases.
• Lead training for customers and ensure product specifications meet customer expectations with cross-functional teams.
• Lead research on technology trends to feedback to engineers for platform portfolio strategy.
• Develop customer relationships with prospects and work with sales teams to close deals.
