Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Sr. Lead, HR Business Partner based in Paris to serve as a senior People partner across France, the UK and Germany. You’ll align People strategies with business priorities and support leadership effectiveness in a complex market.

In this role, you’ll lead regional talent priorities, partner with global HRBPs, and represent Pinterest with the French Works Council while ensuring compliant, inclusive partnerships across France. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• HRBP experience with senior leaders in complex, multinational settings.
• Fluent French and English in professional context.
• Experience engaging with French Works Councils or similar bodies.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into People strategies across France, the UK and Germany.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational health, leadership development and employee experience.
• Lead regional talent priorities, workforce planning and performance management.
• Represent Pinterest with the French Works Council and partner with Legal/Employee Relations.
