Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Psychology, or related field.
• 8–10 years of HRBP experience in international environments.
• Strong knowledge of French labor law; Iberian familiarity a plus.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership to senior leaders and drive regional HR priorities.
• Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
• Coordinate with P&O Service, Recruitment, and Centers of Excellence.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage employee relations risk.
