Job summary

Limagrain is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner R&D EMEA based in Portes-lès-Valence to support R&D leaders across the region. The role includes direct management of two site HRBPs at Angers and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and strategic HR coordination across the EMEA R&D scope.

You will partner with HR teams in France, Spain, Turkey and Jordan, as well as global R&D HR colleagues in AMPA & Asia and LVS Trait & Technology HRBP, driving people strategies and transformation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, labor law, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
• 5+ years HR generalist experience, ideally in R&D, scientific, or technical environments.
• Proven experience managing or coordinating HR professionals.
• Experience supporting international / multi-country environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment law in France.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders in complex and matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Business Partnering: act as trusted partner for R&D managers, translate business priorities into HR actions.
• People & Talent Development: lead key HR cycles, support recruitment and onboarding, drive internal mobility.
• Employee Relations & Social Climate: maintain positive climate, handle ER matters with confidentiality.
• EMEA R&D HR Coordination & Team Leadership: directly manage two HR professionals, coordinate activities across countries.
• HR Processes & Continuous Improvement: use HR data to improve processes and support digital HR projects.
