Job summary

Bacardi Martini France is seeking a senior HR Business Partner to translate business strategy into people priorities and organizational solutions in a fast-paced multinational environment. You will lead performance reviews, talent reviews and salary planning while partnering with leaders on workforce planning and employee engagement.

This role requires strong French labor law knowledge, experience with Works Council negotiations, and proven ability to drive change and develop leadership

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience including Business Partnering and Employee Relations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex matrix environment.
• Strong expertise in French labor law and social dialogue.
• Experience leading Works Council consultations and trade union negotiations.
• Ability to translate business strategy into people priorities and organizational solutions.
• Experience with change management and workforce planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into people priorities, workforce plans and organizational solutions.
• Provide guidance on performance management, talent, succession planning, employee engagement, compensation and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead annual people processes including performance reviews, talent reviews, salary planning and workforce planning.
• Advise on complex employee relations matters, balancing business needs and risk management.
• Monitor headcount, structures and people costs in collaboration with Finance to align with budgets.
• Lead relations with Works Council and trade unions, ensuring compliant social dialogue and negotiations.
• Drive organizational changes and restructurings requiring employee representative consultation.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams.
• Oversee Talent Acquisition, development and succession planning for critical roles.
• Support design and deployment of competitive reward programs and benefits.
