Job summary

Bacardi is seeking an experienced HR leader to act as a strategic partner across the business in Paris. You will translate business strategy into people priorities, nurture talent, and oversee governance, employee relations, and social dialogue.

You will lead performance reviews, salary planning and organizational development initiatives, while partnering with Finance and Leaders to steward budget and headcount. This is a high-impact, collaborative role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience including business partnering and employee relations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex matrix environment.
• Strong expertise in French labor law and social dialogue.
• Experience managing Works Council consultations and trade unions.
• Proven ability to lead change, organizational design and workforce planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Data-driven with ability to leverage HR analytics for decisions.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive situations with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into people priorities.
• Lead performance reviews, talent reviews, salary planning and workforce planning.
• Advise on employee relations, risk management and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with Works Council and unions and lead collective bargaining.
• Support organizational changes requiring employee representative consultation.
• Develop HR solutions with Centers of Expertise and HRIS data.
