Everfield, a European software ecosystem company, seeks a Senior HR Business Partner in France (remote). You will shape HR strategy across portfolio companies, lead organisational design, and drive workforce planning to support growth.

You will mentor the HRBP team, manage change initiatives, ensure governance, and provide data-driven insights to senior leaders, partnering with global CoE programs to align people strategies with business goals.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in senior HR business partnering or strategic HR leadership roles.
• Proven experience in organisational design, workforce planning, and leading transformation/change initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing HR teams.
• Proficiency in people analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• HR Certification strongly preferred, experience with Workday desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French (C2) and English (C1 or C2).
• Experience in financial services, professional services, or comparable complex corporate/scale up environments.
