Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an HR Business Partner or HR Director for a core business unit based in France. You will partner with international teams to align people strategies with financial targets and oversee the full employee lifecycle in a remote-first environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in an HRBP/HRD role within digital/IT, with strong analytics and change management skills, and fluency in Russian and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years as HRBP or HR Director in intl IT/digital
• Experience implementing core lifecycle processes: recruitment, onboarding, development
• Experience managing payroll budgets and turnover with measurable impact
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision making
• Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory
