You will partner with senior leadership to shape recruitment strategies and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes in a fast-growing, international environment.

The ideal candidate has a track record in executive search or recruitment consulting, strong direct sourcing skills, and outstanding stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) from a reputable institution.
• Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, or recruitment consulting.
• Fluent in French and English with strong communication.

We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Recruiter to join a dynamic, international, and fast-growing organization. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing senior leaders and highly specialized talent across multiple business functions and regions.

As a trusted talent advisor, you will work closely with senior leadership teams to understand business priorities, shape recruitment strategies, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. This opportunity is ideally suited to a professional with experience in executive search, headhunting, or recruitment consulting, who thrives in complex searches, direct candidate engagement, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead executive and strategic recruitment assignments from initial briefing through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Identify, engage, and assess senior-level and niche talent through direct sourcing, networking, and market mapping activities.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across key business areas while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide market intelligence, talent insights, and strategic hiring recommendations.
• Manage and challenge external executive search firms and recruitment agencies to ensure high-quality delivery, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.

Your Profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) from a Business School, Engineering School, or University.
• Proven experience within an executive search firm, headhunting agency, recruitment consultancy, ideally completed with an in-house executive recruitment function.
• Strong track record of identifying, attracting, and assessing senior leadership and executive-level talent.
• Comfortable interacting with senior leadership teams, with excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in an additional language is considered a strong asset.
