Job summary

LumApps SAS is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our enterprise AI initiative. You will embed with customers to deploy live AI Agents, bridging LumApps AI with client systems, and iterating rapidly in production environments.

You’ll work at the intersection of engineering and customer impact, collaborating with senior leaders and shaping future roles as an architect or tech lead. This is a high-visibility, high-impact opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience that includes customer-facing work.
• Strong academic foundation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Get-it-done mindset and ability to self-prioritize in fast-paced environments.
• Full-stack fluency in Node.js, TypeScript, Java or Python; comfortable with React and API design.
• Interest in Generative AI, RAG architecture, AI Frameworks and Agentic workflows.
• Excellent communication in English with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers to map complex data environments and identify high-friction business workflows.
• Build proof-of-concept AI Agents and integrations using public APIs and webhooks.
• Architect middleware and connectors to bridge LumApps AI with systems like SAP, Workday, or ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with Core R&D to evolve the platform and create scalable Industry Vertical Packs.
• Create plug-and-play integration templates, code snippets, and technical articles for the ecosystem.
