Onoff is seeking a Growth Marketing lead to own B2C growth for our consumer products in a fast-moving startup environment. You will scale acquisition across paid and organic channels and optimize onboarding, activation, and retention to build a repeatable growth engine.

You will work closely with Product, CRM, Design and Data teams to turn hypotheses into measurable business impact, using experiments and data-driven insights to guide strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Growth Marketing or similar role.
• Proven track record growing consumer mobile apps.
• Strong knowledge of ASO and app store growth mechanics.
• Experience managing paid channels: Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, Meta Ads.
• Data-driven with experiments and metrics.
• Bilingual in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Own B2C growth strategy for Onoff consumer products.
• Scale paid and organic acquisition channels.
• Improve visibility on App Store and Google Play (ASO).
• Optimize onboarding funnels and activation.
• Run growth experiments and A/B tests.
• Build dashboards to monitor growth metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, CRM, and Engineering teams.
• Test new channels and growth tools quickly.
• Drive data-driven recommendations in strategic discussions.
