Onoff in Paris is seeking a senior Growth leader to own B2C growth across our consumer products and drive rapid, sustainable expansion. You will collaborate with founders, Product, Design, CRM, Data and Engineering to turn ideas into measurable growth opportunities.

You'll lead growth across mobile app distribution, ASO, Google Play, and paid/organic channels, designing experiments and building dashboards to improve activation, conversion and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth marketing or growth management experience.
• Proven track record scaling consumer mobile apps.
• Strong understanding of ASO and mobile acquisition channels.
• Experience with analytics, experimentation and data-driven decisions.
• Strong English and French skills.

Responsabilités

• Own B2C growth strategy across Onoff's consumer products.
• Define and prioritize the highest-impact growth opportunities.
• Scale paid and organic acquisition channels.
• Improve App Store and Google Play visibility (ASO).
• Optimize mobile acquisition funnels and onboarding journeys.
• Increase activation, conversion and retention metrics.
• Design and run growth experiments continuously.
• Analyze user behavior and identify growth opportunities.
• Improve acquisition efficiency and reduce CAC.
• Launch referral, partnership and viral growth initiatives.
• Build dashboards and monitor key growth metrics.
• Work closely with Product teams to improve user experience and conversion.
• Collaborate with CRM teams to maximize lifecycle performance.
• Test new channels, tools and approaches quickly.
• Bring data-driven recommendations to strategic discussions.
