Job summary

Nutanix is seeking a visionary Senior Systems Engineer, Global Accounts to partner with our largest global customers. This role goes beyond traditional pre-sales engineering and requires a strategic technical leader who can drive transformational initiatives across hybrid multicloud, AI, Kubernetes, and modern infrastructure.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to Nutanix's Worldwide Global Sales leadership and customer executives, building executive relationships, influencing technology

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical pre-sales, systems engineering, or solution architecture in enterprise/global accounts.
• Deep technical expertise across hybrid multicloud, Kubernetes, AI infrastructure, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience engaging with C-suite executives and shaping long-term enterprise technology roadmaps.
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy, solution development, and executive presentations for complex transformational initiatives.
• Build relationships with customer executives, architects, and decision-makers to influence technology direction and long-term adoption.
• Provide deep guidance on AI, Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and modern infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to align requirements with Nutanix strategy.
• Travel approximately 50% and represent Nutanix at global events and opportunities.
