Job summary

Nutanix is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer, Global Accounts, to lead technical strategy and solution development for our largest customers. You will influence executive-level decisions and drive long-term hybrid multicloud adoption across AI and modern infrastructure.

You will build trusted relationships with customer executives and architects, guiding them on cloud-native architectures while partnering with cross-functional teams to align requirements with Nutanix strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical pre-sales, systems engineering, or solution architecture experience for enterprise/global accounts.
• Deep technical expertise across hybrid multicloud, AI infrastructure, Kubernetes and modern enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Proven ability to engage with C-suite, articulate business value and shape long-term technology roadmaps.
• Strong leadership, coaching and public presentation skills at executive briefings and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead technical advisor for Nutanix's global strategic accounts, guiding strategy and solution development.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives, architects and technical decision-makers to influence direction.
• Provide deep technical guidance on AI, Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures and modern infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, Customer Success and Engineering to align requirements with Nutanix strategy.
• Represent Nutanix at global events, act as escalation point and executive sponsor, with ~50% travel.
