Job summary

Evaneos is seeking an FP&A Senior to own the Marketplace P&L, drive budgeting, and lead forecast cycles. You will partner with Marketing, HR and Ops, producing clear, actionable insights for the executive committee in both French and English.

You will standardize reporting, analyze variances, and push for ROI-focused costing. The role emphasizes automation with Omni, Claude, and Google Sheets to elevate finance as a business partner.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A with reporting and budgeting responsibilities.
• Ability to analyze variances and present findings to executives in French and English.
• Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly Marketplace reporting and reconcile views with Accounting.
• Analyze variances across revenue, direct costs, marketing, and HR costs.
• Monitor marketing ROI by channel and market with Marketing teams.
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts for Marketing and HR costs.
• Partner with operational teams to provide insights and improve processes.
• Automate FP&A processes using AI tools and modern platforms.
