Excelya is seeking a Finance professional passionate about Business partnership and financial automation to transform FP&A into a highly efficient, value-added function.

You will join a dynamic, ambitious team in France, reporting to the Group FP&A Director, and collaborate with operations, controllers and senior leadership to drive planning, forecasting and reporting.

This role offers exposure to Excel, EPM tooling and automation projects across multiple countries and business lines.

Formación

• Degree level
• FP&A tasks experience
• Comfortable with P&L, KPIs and cash flow items
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Automate
• Interest in development of finance tools
• Comfortable with manipulating data across countries and departments
• Experience with an EPM tool
• Curious about business operations and process optimization
• Experience in professional services is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Monthly reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting across RF1, RF2, RF3
• Ad-doc support for strategic plan
• Enhance and develop reporting
• Analytics building and EPM implementation support
• Close partnership with Operations & Directors
