Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytical roles such as FP&A, strategy/management consulting, or investment banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, accounting, engineering, statistics, or similar quantitative field; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Country Managers to drive performance, KPI development, and OKR tracking.
• Translate insights into investment cases and initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.
• Lead annual planning, budgeting, and scenario analysis, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Conduct cross‑functional analyses and present findings to senior management for decision making.
