Zusammenfassung

Jobgether SRL is seeking an FP&A Lead in France to own the central planning and analysis function for a fast-scaling AI technology business. You will build the consolidated model, lead budgeting/forecasting, and develop monthly reporting for execs and the board.

You will partner with commercial, product, and compute finance teams to translate data into actionable insights, influence hiring and capex decisions, and strengthen the FP&A function ahead of an IPO.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on finance professional with built planning models and processes.
• Experience leading annual budgets and reforecasting cycles end to end.
• Ability to communicate performance and forecasts to executives/board clearly.
• Strong commercial judgment and understanding of unit economics.
• Proven track record influencing decisions with financial recommendations.
• Experience with Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning or similar tools.
• Comfort with SQL and data warehouse analysis.
• Regular use of AI tools to improve analytics.
• Autonomy and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong collaboration across commercial, product, and finance teams.

Aufgaben

• Own central FP&A, build models, planning processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead budgeting and quarterly reforecasts end-to-end.
• Manage headcount planning envelopes and G&A forecasting.
• Ensure transparent assumptions aligned with priorities.
• Establish monthly reporting cadence and board material inputs.
• Translate results into narratives for leadership with risks and opportunities.
• Support CFO/CEO/board with forward-looking insights.
• Assess investments and capital allocation, linking to strategic objectives.
• Prepare planning guidance for future IPO readiness.
