Synechron Inc. is seeking a senior Financial Controller for its Paris operations. The role partners with Paris BU leadership to drive budgeting, forecasts, and robust financial performance in a multinational ESN environment.

You will oversee French GAAP accounting, monthly closings, and statutory compliance while guiding finance and PMO teams to deliver actionable insights and strong governance across projects and regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial management experience in a French company.
• Strong experience in a Technology Consulting or ESN environment.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic re-forecast cycles with robust financial forecasts.
• Define, track and report KPI including revenue, margins, utilization, and cost structure.
• Oversee accounting operations in line with French GAAP and group standards; manage audits.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery and PMO to support deals and financial structuring.
• Lead Finance and PMO teams and drive governance and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with international finance teams to harmonize processes.
