Jobgether, a rapidly growing international technology company, is seeking a Group Finance Controller based in France. You will oversee group accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting across entities and currencies, reporting to the CFO and partnering with FP&A to inform strategic decisions.

In this role you will modernize finance systems, implement automation and AI, lead an accounting team, and ensure effective internal controls and audit readiness across a multinational setup.

Competenze

• Significant experience in group accounting and financial controllership.
• Strong IFRS and multi-entity reporting knowledge.
• Experience leading accounting teams in high-growth environments.
• Auditing experience with big firms is a plus.
• Proven ability to implement or improve financial processes and systems.

Mansioni

• Oversee group accounting operations across entities and currencies.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing and consolidation.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls across the group.
• Coordinate statutory audits and external reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with FP&A for monthly management accounts and investor reporting.
• Drive automation initiatives and AI adoption in finance processes.
