Synechron in Paris seeks a Financial Controller to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in a multinational tech consulting context. You will partner with Sales, Delivery, and PMO to ensure robust financial governance.

The role requires 10+ years in finance within a French company, strong experience in ESN environments, and fluency in French and English. You will drive reporting, audits, and financial improvements in a fast-paced international setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of financial management experience in a French company.
• Strong experience in a Technology Consulting company (ESN).
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting and financial control.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual budgeting and re-forecasting cycles.
• Define and monitor key financial KPIs (revenue, margins, utilization).
• Oversee accounting operations per French GAAP and group standards; manage audits.
