The Financial Controller will play a key role in this organisation, partnering closely with our Paris Business Unit leadership while working within Synechron's wider international Finance organisation.**Key Responsibilities****1. Financial Planning & Analysis*** Lead the **annual budgeting process** and periodic **re-forecasting cycles*** Develop **robust financial forecasts** (short, mid, and long term) aligned with business objectives* Monitor and analyze financial performance against plans, identifying **risks and opportunities*** Provide **actionable insights** to senior management to support decision-making**2. Financial Performance & KPI Monitoring*** Define, track, and report on **key financial and operational KPIs**, including:* Revenue and growth* Margins and profitability* Utilization / billability (ESN context)* Cost structure and productivity* Ensure accuracy and consistency of **management reporting*** Drive continuous improvement in **financial performance monitoring processes****3.
