Job summary

Synechron’s Paris team is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with a Tier-1 French bank and to grow our Financial Services & Technology Consulting footprint.

You will own the full consulting sales cycle from opportunity identification to commercial closure, orchestrate cross‑functional teams, and build sustainable client partnerships across Technology, Delivery and Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting / ESN environments.
• Proven experience managing strategic accounts in Financial Services.
• Tier-1 French bank relationships and credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the relationship with a Tier-1 French banking client.
• Lead the full consulting sales cycle from opportunity to commercial closure (T&M, fixed-price, hybrid).
• Lead proposals, RFPs and client presentations.
• Manage revenue, margin, pipeline; forecast and report; coordinate with Delivery and Practice teams.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to align recruitment with opportunities.
