Job summary

Signode is seeking an experienced Advanced Service Technician to deliver high-level technical support for commissioning, troubleshooting, upgrades, and servicing of equipment at customer sites and remotely.

You will serve as a key resource for field teams and customers, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery, with responsibilities across installation, diagnostics, and training, while maintaining detailed service reports and collaborating with engineering for continuous

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience with industrial equipment (Signode or similar preferred).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
Proficient in English and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Lead/support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of equipment on-site.
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC issues.
Provide technical guidance and training to field technicians and customers.
Deliver remote support via phone/email to ensure fast issue resolution.
Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and system records.
Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures.
