Signode is seeking an experienced Advanced Service Technician to deliver on-site and remote support for commissioning, upgrades, and servicing of industrial packaging equipment. You will diagnose complex electrical, hydraulic and PLC issues, provide training to field technicians and customers, and maintain comprehensive service reports.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training.
• 5+ years' experience with industrial equipment (Signode or similar preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Proficient in English and MS Office.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and safety-focused.

Responsabilités

• Lead/support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of equipment on-site.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC issues.
• Provide technical guidance and training to field technicians and customers.
• Deliver remote support via phone/email to ensure fast issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and system records.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures.
