Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Field Service Engineer 3 to install, support, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all Intuitive products within the assigned territory in France. You will ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are fulfilled and exceed customer expectations.

With time served, you will mentor junior engineers, handle regional admin tasks, and participate in new product introductions and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, or equivalent
• Strong written and oral communication in local language(s) and English
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems
• Teaching and presentation skills
• Strong administrative and record-keeping abilities
• Ability to travel up to 50-70% of time

Responsibilities

• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair and maintain Intuitive products within territory
• Perform scheduled maintenance and software updates
• Troubleshoot and repair products in territory within required timeframes
• Coordinate delivery, installation and training for system and hardware
• Maintain inventory, reports, and expense documentation
• Mentor junior Field Service Engineers and participate in product introductions and process improvements
• Support service contracts renewals as required
