Integra LifeSciences in France is seeking an Associate Manager, Service & Repair to lead service operations, drive customer satisfaction, and manage cross-functional teams across manufacturing, product, and sales.

You will oversee repair workflows, invoicing, quality systems, audits, and KPI delivery while coaching staff and ensuring adherence to SOPs, Quality and safety standards in a fast-paced medical devices environment.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Business, Technical, Life Sciences or related discipline required.
• MBA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership in all Service & Repair activities and direct staff.
• Ensure productivity levels and KPI achievement as defined by management.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation and SOP compliance.
• Manage repair invoicing, warranty processing and country-specific systems.
• Maintain customer relationships and drive satisfaction and retention.
• Lead audits and ensure Quality Assurance and Health directives are followed.
• Develop staff, train on procedures and support change management.
• Interface with Sales, Quality, Engineering and Product Marketing as needed.
