Job summary

Movu Robotics in France is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join the After Sales & Service team in the western region. The role focuses on testing, repairing, and maintaining shuttle systems at customer sites, delivering on-site and remote support, and training end-users and integrators.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor in Electromechanics or equivalent, speaks fluent French and English, and is ready to travel abroad occasionally.

Qualifications

Bachelor in Electromechanics or relevant experience.
Fluent French and English required.
Available to travel short periods abroad.
Skilled in MS Office and Teams. Willing to learn custom software packets.
Customer-focused, social, team player with a proactive mindset.
Willing to work in shifts and weekends.
No fear of heights or vertigo.

Responsibilities

Test, repair, and maintain shuttle systems at customer sites across Western France.
Provide L1/L2 technical support via helpdesk and remote assistance.
Deliver training to end-users and integrators on-site and internally.
Assist in commissioning Movu systems (atlas, escala, ifollow and others).
Detect and report commercial service opportunities (spare parts, service packs).
