Intuitive is seeking a Field Service Engineer 3 in France to install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all Intuitive products within the assigned territory. You will mentor junior engineers, perform regional admin tasks, and participate in new product introductions and process improvements.

Role requires expertise in electro-mechanical systems, excellent customer service, and strong communication skills. Up to 50–70% travel within the region is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Senior da Vinci Surgical technical expert across all system platforms.
• Perform scheduled maintenance: inspections, preventive maintenance, software updates, recalls, field actions, upgrades.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Intuitive products and equipment within territory.
• Coordinate system and hardware delivery and installation.
• Complete administrative duties: Spare parts inventory, Field Activity Reports, RMAs, Expense Reports.
• Maintain issued tooling, tool sets, vehicle, laptops, iPads, and other assets.
• Support Sales teams with events and provide hospital contacts to Intuitive teams.
• Provide feedback to HQ and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Complete training: equipment, Intuitive Surgical University, and other courses.
• Maintain territory: customer needs, base configurations, contacts, and rapport.
• Mentor junior Field Service Engineers as time served.
• Participate in new product introductions and regional improvement projects.
• Support service contract renewals as required.
