DataDome, a leader in AI-driven cybersecurity, is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager EMEA in Paris. You will own the post-sale relationship for our largest enterprise accounts, aligning goals with DataDome capabilities and coordinating across Product, Marketing, Support, and Sales.

Based in Paris with a hybrid setup (3 days in-office), you will drive product adoption, quantify value, and build long-term, value-based relationships while expanding opportunities with Sales and ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Customer Success Management role.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary business owner of the customer relationship post-sale.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Own post-sale success of DataDome’s largest enterprise customers.
• Translate complex challenges into actionable plans and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Drive product adoption and value realization through deep product knowledge.
