Job summary

Harvey in Paris is building a generational platform for enterprise clients. As the Enterprise Customer Success Leader you will shape and execute a strategic vision to ensure customers realize value, scale adoption, and drive renewals across multi‑million dollar accounts.

You will lead a high‑performing CS team, collaborate with product, GTM, and engineering, and create playbooks that minimize churn while expanding partnerships through proactive engagement and trusted advisory relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large Enterprise SaaS CS teams.
• Experience with strategic account management and renewals.
• Ability to influence at executive levels.
• Track record of reducing churn and growing ARR.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
