Malt in Lyon is seeking an experienced Engineering leader to own delivery, architecture, and growth of 1-2 product squads (8-10 engineers). You will shape system architecture strategy—leading core decoupling initiatives—while elevating delivery standards and empowering your team to scale.

You will recruit, mentor, and elevate senior engineers, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Enterprise integration teams to align engineering strategy with business growth. Fluent English required.

• Ability to own delivery, architecture, and technical debt.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Sales, and Enterprise teams.

Responsabilités

• Drive squad execution and delivery velocity across 1-2 product squads.
• Lead technical domain strategy and roadmap development.
• Analyze architecture and performance metrics, reducing bottlenecks.
• Recruit, mentor, and elevate senior engineers.
• Unblock dependencies across Product, Sales, and Enterprise teams.
• Co-create technical roadmaps with leadership to align with growth.
