Job summary

Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance. We’re seeking an engineering leader who gets excited about building state‑of‑the‑art AI systems and applying them to real‑world, high‑stakes problems in healthcare.

You’ll hire and shape a growing team, define technical direction, and own architectural decisions across multiple countries while staying hands‑on with code. Collaboration with product, Ops and Sales drives impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Partner with other product functions as a true equal and help shape the roadmap.
• Experience establishing engineering excellence standards.
• First-handed experience shipping AI or LLM products to production is a plus.
• Eager to continue writing code and ship some yourself.
• Comfortable with modern development practices and AI-assisted development tools.
