Job summary

Alan is seeking a Senior Ops & Product Builder to own critical, ambiguous challenges and shape strategy across the global Ops team. You will drive cross-functional alignment and build scalable solutions that influence Alan's P&L and member experience.

You will lead missions such as fraud detection, a global recovery engine, scaling psychotherapy online sessions, and innovative healthcare expense payment models, while mentoring colleagues and advancing AI-driven automation.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in Operations management or entrepreneurship.
• Fluent in English and Spanish or French or Dutch.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL fluency.
• Independently own high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives (>€10M/year).
• Able to define a clear vision and roadmap, and lead make-or-buy decisions.
• Mentor others and drive AI/automation across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead fraud-detection initiatives with tooling decisions at scale.
• Build a global billing/recovery framework and partnerships to reduce costs.
• Scale psychotherapy online sessions and drive international replication.
• Reinvent healthcare expense payment, negotiating supplier terms to improve value.
