Alan is building the AI-native company, integrating insurance, prevention and care into a single user experience. We seek a Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to develop an AI-powered internal platform used daily by Alaners.

You will design agents, deploy LLMs, and replace legacy tools with Alan-native software across multiple countries. You will work with Python/Flask, React, PostgreSQL and deep integration with internal AI infrastructure, shaping how AI-driven workflows evolve in a

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Excited about AI, LLMs, agents and retrieval systems
• Able to work in a fast-moving environment with new abstractions

Responsibilities

• Build the AI-powered internal platform used by Alaners daily
• Design and ship intelligent agents to automate onboarding, knowledge retrieval, performance alignment, decision support
• Push LLMs into production for structured reasoning and integration with internal tools
• Define primitives and abstractions for AI-native work supporting all teams and countries
• Replace generic tools with Alan-native software
• Build and scale Identity & Access Management and Privileged Access Management across 25+ systems
• Collaborate with product, design, security and leadership to encode Alan's culture in software
