Job summary

Alan is hiring a Lead Product for Growth to own the product vision across two crews and drive AI-native growth initiatives. You will lead PMs, push experimentation velocity, and shape how AI is used to acquire and convert users in a fast-moving insurance marketplace.

You’ll work with design, engineering, data, and insurance teams to scale a modular, self-serve Growth product across geographies while mentoring teammates and expanding talent density.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product related experience at Lead or Group PM level.
• Directly managed product managers.
• Shipped real growth product: conversion, activation, or referral.
• Experimentation is how you work, not something you ask others for.
• Hands-on in the engine room: event tracking, funnel analysis, growth instrumentation.
• Close to AI with a clear view on where to bet and how LLM systems behave in production.
• Influence without authority: rallying distributed teams around shared vision.
• Talks to members and prospects often and uses what you hear to change decisions.
• You care about healthcare: Alan’s mission matters to you.
• English fluency is required; French is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Own the product across two crews and lead Growth product AI-native initiatives.
• Set overarching product vision and manage PMs; boost experimentation velocity.
• Lead Alan’s AI ambitions in Growth and ship AI-powered experiences.
• Build an experimentation engine to improve learning speed and measure wins.
• Align Conversion and Growth Infrastructure roadmaps and focus bets where impact is highest.
• Build and manage a growing PM team across Design, Engineering, Data, and Insurance.
