Dell Technologies is seeking a Senior Engineer for Field Service to perform installations, maintenance and repairs that ensure reliable solutions for our customers. You will operate on customer sites, following SOPs and templates to maintain safety and consistency, and coordinate with customers to understand precise needs.

You will partner with product teams and field staff to validate accuracy before handoff, contributing to a seamless service experience and customer satisfaction.
