Dell Technologies in Paris is seeking a Senior Engineer, Field Service, to install, configure and maintain complex solutions at customer sites, following SOPs and safety guidelines.

You will diagnose issues, collaborate with product teams, and ensure reliable operation while adhering to documentation standards. This role requires 5+ years in field service and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in field service practices; working knowledge of networking/OS/hardware.
• Understanding of safety procedures and ESD standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and case hygiene (naming, links, formats).
• Effective collaboration and communication across partners.

Senior Engineer, Field Service

As a Senior Engineer, you will perform installations, maintenance, and repairs that make complex solutions reliable and easy tooperate.You’llfollow established SOPs and templates to ensure consistency and safety. You will partner with customers and product teams tovalidateaccuracy before handoff.
