Job summary

Yahoo is seeking a Sr. Director, CRM to lead the centralized CRM organization, owning the performance of the channel portfolio across engagement, retention and revenue.

You will shape channel strategy, drive program architecture, cadence, and data plumbing for personalized, compliant communications at scale. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, Localization, Analytics and Messaging Platforms to deliver scalable CRM programs, oversee budget and staffing, and advance

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, marketing operations, or customer engagement.
• Proven ability to lead senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of email, push, SMS, newsletters, and in-product messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own Yahoo’s CRM channel performance end to end, delivering against scale, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Set multi-year vision and annual roadmap for the CRM organization and lead senior leaders.
• Define the role of each vehicle in the portfolio and how they orchestrate together.
• Translate objectives into programs with architecture, cadence, and data-driven personalization.
• Own contact strategy, governance, and channel calendar to balance priorities.
• Drive testing, optimization, and standardization across campaigns and channels.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align roadmaps and real-time messaging.
• Incubate AI-enabled personalization, predictive audience and send-time models.
• Define channel measurement frameworks with Analytics and Data Science.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, localization, and accessibility requirements.
