Yahoo is seeking a Sr. Account Specialist to partner with the Sales team and manage strategic advertiser relationships across the Yahoo DSP. You’ll leverage campaign data, performance insights, and AI-enabled capabilities to identify opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, driving growth, optimizing campaigns, and delivering exceptional client experiences while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in digital advertising, client services, account management, marketing, or related field.
• Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in a client-facing environment.
• Experience using Generative AI and agentic AI tools to accelerate workflows and deliver higher-quality client outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary advertiser point of contact from launch through optimization and post-campaign analysis.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts as a strategic business owner, identifying opportunities to grow client investment.
• Become an expert in the Yahoo DSP across Programmatic Display, Advanced TV, Native, DOOH, OLV, and Commerce Media.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and other teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing education for clients to maximize platform adoption and success.
• Provide strategic recommendations grounded in performance data and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and customer experiences through AI-driven workflows.
