Job summary

Yahoo is seeking a Director of Product Management, Partner Search to lead product strategy and execution for Yahoo's third-party Search business. This is a hands-on leadership role combining product ownership with people management, overseeing a small team while driving growth, retention, and monetization across partner ecosystems.

You will define strategy across partner experiences, APIs, data and reporting, and explore new B2B products.

Qualifications

9+ years in Product Management with leadership experience.
Experience managing PMs and large portfolios.
Strong product and commercial judgment with partner focus.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance of Yahoo’s Partner Search portfolio.
Lead and develop a small team of Product Managers while owning a meaningful product area.
Develop deep understanding of distribution partners, users, and economics.
Define strategy for third-party Search experiences and platform capabilities.
Improve partner configurability across Search experiences, data, and APIs.
Drive monetization and retention initiatives across distributed traffic.
Identify, prototype, and launch new B2B Search products and distribution opportunities.
Build scalable platform capabilities and partner ecosystem services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver capabilities and improvements.
Monitor portfolio health across adoption, traffic quality, and monetization.
