Job summary

Yahoo is seeking a senior leader to own the strategy and delivery of Transaction & Revenue Systems within Finance. You will guide product, engineering, and BSAs to translate business priorities into a technology plan and drive modernization across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, billing, and revenue processes.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, overseeing architecture, integrations, data, cloud platforms, and build-vs-buy decisions, while ensuring operational health and performance across

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Finance technology, enterprise applications, or complex business systems organizations.
• Experience directly leading Product and Engineering teams, with BSA and reporting capabilities.
• Deep understanding of Finance processes and technology across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, billing, revenue recognition, AR, payments, expense.
• Demonstrated experience developing technology strategies and multi-year roadmaps tied to measurable outcomes.
• Track record of modernizing enterprise platforms, operating models, or complex business processes.
• Strong technical judgment across enterprise applications, integrations, data, cloud technologies, architecture, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Experience with major ERP and Finance platforms; Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Fusion preferred.
• Experience leading through large-scale platform transformation while maintaining continuity and stability.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for Yahoo’s Transaction & Revenue Systems domain.
• Lead the domain end to end across Product, BSAs, Engineering, and Reporting & Insights.
• Modernize platforms and workflows across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, billing and revenue, AR, expense and related processes.
• Play a leadership role in Yahoo’s Finance platform transformation including Oracle upgrades and modernization.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to set priorities and ensure roadmaps reflect high-value needs.
• Provide strong technical leadership across enterprise apps, integrations, data, cloud platforms, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Own reliability, scalability, controls, and readiness of Finance systems including month-end periods.
• Use AI and automation to reduce manual work and improve controls in Finance processes.
• Build a high-performing organization and lead strategic vendors and partners.
