Job summary

Equativ is seeking a Senior Director EMEA, Brand Partnerships to define and lead the regional strategy, strengthening connections between brands, agencies and Equativ.

You will build senior relationships across EMEA, shape the commercial motion, and create a robust pipeline of advertiser opportunities while collaborating with agency teams and Product, Marketing, and Commercial functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in advertising technology, digital media or related sector.
• Strong and active network of senior brand-side relationships across EMEA.
• Proven track record of opening doors with major advertisers.
• Deep knowledge of the European advertising ecosystem and adtech.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Equativ’s EMEA Brand Partnerships strategy, priority brands and markets.
• Build senior relationships with CMOs and Marketing leaders to position Equativ as a strategic partner.
• Collaborate with agency teams to align Brand Direct initiatives with existing relationships.
• Develop strategic commercial partnerships from engagement to long-term agreements.
• Represent advertiser voice to Product, Marketing and Commercial teams and events.
