Job summary

JustRelate Group is seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to lead complex SaaS implementations for enterprise customers across Europe. You will partner with consulting, design, and product teams to drive discovery, solution design, and successful delivery.

You bring 7+ years of project leadership in digital or SaaS environments, strong stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of digital platforms, APIs, and agile methods.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing complex digital or SaaS implementation projects.
• Experience with enterprise customers in consulting, digital agencies, or software companies.
• Strong understanding of digital experience platforms, web technologies, CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and define digital solution strategies with enterprise customers.
• Translate business objectives into scalable solution concepts and implementation roadmaps.
• Manage complex digital projects throughout the complete project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across consulting, design, development, and product management.
• Drive agile delivery, manage priorities, risks, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
• Budget ownership, revenue tracking, and capacity/utilization management for billable project teams.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and become their strategic advisor.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer value and continuously improve digital platforms.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with outstanding quality.

Your Role

As the trusted advisor for our strategic customers, you will lead complex digital transformation projects from the first discovery workshop through implementation and continuous platform evolution. You will bridge business strategy and technology, working closely with customers, consultants, product management, designers, and software engineers to deliver outstanding digital solutions.
