Job summary

Pelico is redefining manufacturing orchestration with an AI-powered platform that connects production, supply chain, and quality data. We seek a Senior DevOps/SRE to architect the orchestration layer and ensure effortless install, management, and expansion across cloud and air-gapped environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE or infrastructure roles in high-growth environments.
• Solid depth in at least one cloud provider (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Containers experience with Docker as deployment abstraction.
• Strong CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability and modern deployment practices.
• Software engineering background, ideally Java, with automation mindset.
• Comfortable on-call rotations and incident troubleshooting.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and solve complex infra challenges.
• Excellent cross-team communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve deployment architecture across multi-cloud and air-gapped environments.
• Standardize installation, upgrades and one-click deployment for enterprise customers.
• Standardize CI/CD and IaC practices to improve productivity, security and reliability.
• Support GovCloud and FedRAMP readiness for regulated customers.
• Own production infrastructure (Azure focus) and internal systems (GCP, OVH).
• Troubleshoot incidents; build runbooks and automation to reduce manual work.
• Participate in on-call rotation and drive automation to ~80% automated operations.
• Provide occasional customer-facing IT support when needed.
