Job summary

Remanence is hiring a Member of Technical Staff to drive Platform Engineering, focusing on deployable, secure, and scalable environments across on-premise and customer-owned clouds. The role blends IaC, CI/CD, and robust observability to support reliable production deployments.

You will work across Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes operators, and cloud-native tooling, while collaborating with security, platform, and research teams to improve deployment automation and upgrade paths.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes and Terraform is required.
• Experience deploying software in enterprise environments is valuable.
• Strong fundamentals in systems, observability, and upgrade paths.

Responsibilities

• Package the full Remanence stack for deployment on-premise and in customer-owned clouds (BYOC).
• Build and maintain the IaC and deployment layer using Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes operators.
• Own CI/CD, release engineering, and upgrade paths; automate installations and rollbacks.
