Sophos, a global cybersecurity leader, is seeking a Sales Engineer to join the French sales team. You will translate complex technical needs into compelling solutions and support opportunities from discovery to close.

Based in Paris, you will train partners, run product demonstrations, and collaborate with Sophos Labs and product teams. Fluency in English and French is required, and travel across France will be expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software technical support experience for channel partners and end users.
• Technical knowledge of networking and endpoint security concepts.
• Strong presentation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical writing skills to produce reference documents.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Knowledge of the security software industry and market trends.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel across France; Paris-based.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted advisors and technical lead on Sophos products and services opportunities.
• Evangelize Sophos through trainings and speaking at events.
• Support sales with remote engagements, product demos, and technical Q&A.
• Deliver technical information to customers and partners while building relationships.
• Collaborate with product management and Sophos Labs for feedback on features.
• Plan and deliver the technical portion of sales presentations to the audience.
