Fortinet, a cybersecurity pioneer, is seeking a Systems Engineer in Île-de-France (Paris) to support the sales team with pre-sales and technical guidance. You will qualify leads, serve as the main technical resource on sales calls, and apply expertise in routing, switching, VPN, network security, and encryption to help customers deploy Fortinet solutions.

Strong presentation skills and fluent English are essential, with a Bachelor-level degree or equivalent, and a passion for delivering

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in technical/pre-sales support.
• 5–8 years LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.
• Strong DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP knowledge.
• Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, IDS, AV.
• RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPsec, Firewall, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES.
• Experience with encryption and authentication technologies.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in English.

Responsabilités

• Qualify sales leads technically (Pre-sales).
• Main technical resource on sales calls; explain features and integration.
• Conversant with networking applications and solutions.
• Provide post-sales training support to identified customers.
