Job summary

Signaturit Group, a Namirial Company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide customers from onboarding to value realization. You will become the primary contact, build strong relationships, and drive product adoption and retention across a SaaS platform.

The role offers a flexible hybrid setup in Europe with a base salary around €50k–€55k plus a variable component up to €3k, health insurance, meal vouchers, and ongoing onboarding and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, account management, or similar roles in a SaaS company.
• Experience in contract renewal cycles, adoption strategies and success programs.
• Ownershi p mindset with solution orientation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships as the main point of contact.
• Guide customers through onboarding and provide product training, both virtual and in-person.
• Advocate for customers and relay feedback to Product and other teams.
• Drive product adoption and identify opportunities to maximize value.
• Track customer health metrics and collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Product to reduce churn.
