Denodo seeks a CustomerSuccess Manager to be the main interface with customers and partners, ensuring customer success using data virtualization in an enterprise environment.

You will supervise a group of customers from the business and technical side, maintaining relationships, managing success, and advising on Denodo solutions to meet cost targets and identify opportunities within accounts.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of IT experience with at least 4 years in customer-facing positions.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience guiding technical solutions for enterprise customers.

Responsabilités

• Oversee delivery of services from kickoff to closeout, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
• Maintain relationships with architects, technical teams and leadership across customers and partners.
• Engage customers with executives, IT managers and technical staff; manage expectations and escalations.
